Rapport au gestionnaire de l’administration, en tant **qu’administrateur des RH**, vous ferez ce qui suit:
- Traiterez la paie hebdomadaire à temps et conformément à l’entente syndicale
- Maintenir les données relatives à l’absentéisme, aux horaires, aux vacances et aux heures supplémentaires
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés
- Traiter les rapports de la CNESST et l’assurance invalidité à court terme
- Coordonner et participer au processus d’entrevue et d’embauche ainsi que coordonné l’accueil des nouveaux employés
- Préparer et distribuer tous les documents nécessaires pour un processus disciplinaire progressif et un suivi auprès de l’équipe de direction
- Administrer l’inscription aux avantages sociaux des employés
- Agir en tant que coordonnateur de la formation et de chef de l’équipe de développement continu des compétences du SPS, de mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et les logiciels de formation, conformément à la Loi sur les compétences en formation (loi de 1 %)
- Vérifier les factures, joindre les bons de commandes, s’assurer de l’approbation des factures, vérifier les taxes chargées par le fournisseur et effectuer la saisie de facture dans le système comptable.
- Valider les dépenses de carte de crédit et procéder à la réconciliation dans le système.
- Préparer divers rapports relatifs à la fonction compte à payer
- Préparer la liste des factures en suspens pour la fin de mois ainsi que diverses écritures requises pour les états financiers
- Fournir un soutien administratif, y compris les achats de fourniture de bureau et divers services requis incluant ceux requis lors d’événement corporatifs.
- Être un membre actif de différents comités, y compris la sécurité et le développement continu des compétences
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes pour soutenir le gestionnaire de l’administration
**Exigences du poste**:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires avec certification en ressources humaines ou dans le domaine des affaires
- La désignation CHRP est un atout
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience connexe en ressources humaines et en administration de bureau/comptabilité
- Connaissance des fonctions RH, y compris les politiques et processus d’emploi, le recrutement, la formation, les outils de déclaration, la rémunération, les avantages sociaux et les relations avec les employés
- Connaissance de la législation du CNESST et des lois du travail applicables sur les pratiques d’emploi.
- Initiative démontrée, jugement, résolution de problèmes, compétences axées sur le détail et organisationnelles
- Travailleur motivé avec une approche proactive pour résoudre les problèmes; relever des défis tout en travaillant dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Axé sur l’auto-apprentissage, avec la capacité d’équilibrer de multiples priorités et multitâches
- Compétences comptables et informatiques solides, compétent avec MS Office (niveau intermédiaire word/excel) et base de données HRIS; La connaissance de workday est un atout
- Capacité d’analyser et de comparer les données
- Connaissance des normes, procédures et lois et exigences établies en matière de ressources humaines et de comptabilité établies et aux lois et exigences applicables
- Connaissances et expérience de travail démontrées avec les logiciels comptables, de préférence Oracle et Kronos
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication - Le bilinguisme est nécessaire (lecture avancée, écriture et prise de parole en anglais et en Français)
