What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in Printing**: You should have experience operating any kind of printer, with a keen interest in learning more.
- A Bright and Energetic Personality**: We value team members who are bright, energetic, and possess a strong desire to learn. Being a good student to our training will set you up for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate printing presses and other related equipment
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process
- Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting machinery
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of packaging techniques and materials
- Familiarity with machining processes and ability to fabricate parts if needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
