**Data Analyst - SQL with ServiceNow MySC**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The consultant **MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY** and the contract length is 4-6 months.

**Project Background**

**Requirements**:

- Analyze ServiceNow Data Tables, Entities/Data/Metadata
- Build SQL queries to build new views/tables; inclusive of complex calculations (SC.Task level time calculations assessing various inputs to understand what tasks and statuses/sub-statuses are to be included vs excluded in building raw data to feed KPI reports)
- Ensure SQL views/tables are production ready and are developed in such a manner as to be able to ensure there is no impact on Production System (PowerBI)
- Build specific SQL Queries for each of the ~120 reports that populate SQL report tables/views from the foundational tables. These will feed PowerBI; and need to be refreshed on a near real-time basis

**Consultant Qualifications**
- 5 Years Senior Data Analyst Experience
- 5 Years Analyzing ServiceNow Data Tables, Entities/Data/Metadata
- 3 Years writing SQL queries to create tables/data views from ServiceNow MySC to be used with PowerBI
- **Must be able to Start Immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: Up to $65.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
