Hamilton, Canada Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. Full time

Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager of Maintenance and Operations will support the Yellowline Terminal by providing boots-on-the-ground maintenance and operational leadership.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Managing Yellowline (YL) Asphalt Cement Terminal Maintenance and Boots-on-the-ground Production Operations.
- Plan and execute terminal maintenance programs.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as per YL Safety Practices and Procedures.
- Identify and become familiar with various asphalt cement specifications requirements.
- Manage subcontractor agreements and on-site services.
- Communicate and assist personnel in adjusting processes to conform to specifications.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university preferred.
- Professional Engineer of Ontario.
- Minimum 10+ years related experience.
- Knowledge of asphalt technology is an asset.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering success in a fast-paced environment.
- Outcome-focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
- Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
