**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the order desk and purchasing department to ensure timely processing of orders and accurate inventory management.
- Directly supervise and work alongside 2-3 warehouse employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as required.
- Train new warehouse staff on company policies, procedures, and equipment operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 60+ pounds.
- Forklift certification/license would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
