**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual meetings.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.***

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- ** Schedule**: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (8:30 am-5:00 pm), as well as occasional Saturdays.
- ** Required**: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English **_et français également_** (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
