E-Commerce Manager

The North American subsidiary, located in Sherbrooke, which has been operating for over 30 years, is currently looking for a skilled and results-driven e-commerce manager to join our North American team.

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales, from our website to our presence on the Amazon platform, managing product listings, over seeing advertising strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:

- Plan and execute North America Strategy
- Optimize SEO and manage SEA campaigns

Amazon Account Management:

- Manage and maintain our Amazon Vendor Central account (USA and CAN)
- Manage and maintain our Amazon Seller Central Account (USA).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Amazon's platform and make necessary adjustments.

2. Product Listing Management:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Implement effective keywords, titles, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and product availability.

3. Store Front Updates:

- Maintain and enhance the overall look and functionality of our Amazon store.
- Create an engaging and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
- Implement branding and promotional materials on the store front.

4. Advertising Oversight:

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns with a offsite company.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

5. Sales Performance Optimization:

- Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies to boost revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

6. Customer Service and Satisfaction:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Resolve order-related problems, returns, refunds, and quality concerns.
- Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements**:

- Have perfect written and spoken mastery of English and be comfortable communicating in French.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or in a similar e-commerce role.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools.
- Familiarity with Magento or similar Sale-oriented CMS.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Amazon advertising and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: from $24 to $27/ hours depending on work experience
