**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Be correctly dressed in British Swim School uniform at least 30 minutes before the start of the first lesson of the day**:

- **Create positive first impressions and facilitate orientation for new families**:

- **Ensure proper set-up, maintenance, removal and storage of poolside materials**:

- **Check in students for swim lessons and ensure that they are placed in the correct classes**:

- **Manage the lesson board and record student attendance**:

- **Facilitate student graduations and provide level appropriate take-home materials**:

- **Celebrate student milestones appropriately**:

- **Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner**:

- **Knowledgeable promote the British Swim School Program to existing and prospective customers**:

- **Ensure teaching items are readily available prior to each class and assist instructors from the pool deck during classes**:

- **Ensure that all areas of the pool deck are kept safe and clean and all pool safety regulations, policies and procedures are being followed at all times**:

- **Report accidents and injuries to the supervisor as soon as possible**:

- **Attend staff meetings and ongoing training as requested by Management**:

- **Check water quality, temperature and chemical levels prior to the first scheduled class of the day**:

- **Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and depending on the business needs**:

- **Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high**:

- **Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management Team**

**Qualifications**:

- **Successful completion of British Swim School Deck Ambassador and POS training**:

- **High School Diploma or equivalent**:

- **Must be able to swim**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
