As a childcare provider, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate care to children in their homes, following the guidelines and standards set by Atlantic Babysitters Club.
**We are hiring one full time nanny in Beaverbank, NS.**
- Car is required, must be comfortable driving children, mileage will be paid
- Flexible schedule to work around a student or someone with daytime responsibilities
- Care is for 3 year old girl
- light housework and meal prep required
- 30-40 hours per week available
**We are hiring one full time nanny in West End of Halifax, NS.**
- Car or willingness to take a taxi is required as home is not on bus route
- M-F schedule with occasional weekend shift
- Care is for 18 month old male
- Light housework and meal prep required
- 40 hours per week
**Hiring several care providers for after school care throughout HRM**
- must have minimum of 3 afternoons a week available
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide reliable and high-quality childcare services to our families
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational pursuits, and outings (if applicable)
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children under your care at all times
- Maintain open and effective communication with families regarding the child's activities and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Adhere to Atlantic Babysitters Club's policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of previous childcare experience and/or formal education
- CPR level C certification
- Clear background check with vulnerable sector screening
- Strong references that showcase your exceptional caregiving skills
- Bonus: Experience working with children who have neurodiversities and medical complexities
