Digital Counsellor, Tele/Video (Social Worker, Counsellor)

Saskatchewan - Remote, work from home

Permanent, part-time or full-time

Summary:
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will be providing tele and video-counselling services for LifeWorks' Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks' clinical models.

Core qualifications and skills we are looking for:

- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work;
- In good standing with professional College or mental health Association;
- Minimum two years of post-masters clinical experience is mandatory;
- Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
- Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients;
- Must be flexible to work day and evening shifts;
- Must be based in Saskatchewan.
