Temporary Labourer

**COMPANY**: Haven Landscapes

**LOCATION**: Brantford, ON

**TYPE**: Temporary Full-Time

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Full-time temporary role $20/hr for approximately 4 weeks.
- Work to begin ASAP
- Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm
- Overtime for hours over 44hrs/week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
- Previous landscaping/construction experience is an asset

**You will**:

- Monitor equipment
- Complete and submit daily reports
- Assist in the completion of construction projects
- Act as a spotter for machines and trucks
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and efficiently, and in compliance with government and company PPE standards as well as local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate with customers and other contractors in a polite and courteous manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the landscape/construction industry is an asset
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, cold
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Steel toed boots are required
