We have a variety of housing options and locations to serve our residents throughout Hamilton and Stoney Creek. All our properties are professionally maintained, managed and are operated according to the highest standards of excellence.

We are seeking a **Property Supervisor** who is reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working. You will be the onsite representative of Valery Properties and the point of contact in the building. In addition to wage, will also be given an apartment for duration of employment.

**Responsibilities Include**:
**Cleaning/Maintenance**
- Maintain building appearance, daily inspection. Ensure cleanliness of entrance and exit of building, all common areas & corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance as directed by Property Manager
- Ensure all construction work performed by third-party vendors is completed professionally as tasked

**Customer Service/Tenant Relations**
- Respectively address all tenant questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Always maintain positive relations with all tenants
- Keep detailed records of tenant communications and solutions
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents
- Collect and record incoming rents
- Serve legal documents as directed by Property Manager
- Rent upcoming suites and complete required documentation
- On-call support for after-hour emergencies

**Safety**
- Always ensure resident safety and security
- Promptly respond in a professional manner to all emergencies and document accurately
- Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent any incidents

**General**
- Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a residential superintendent an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, reliable, dependable and respectful
- Excellent supervisory, administrative and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience monitoring repairs and maintenance work
- Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Work Remotely
- No

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
