Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proofread and screen technical information related to ingredients, products formulas, methods of preparation, nutrition analyses, allergens, etc. for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage label artwork, ensuring compliance with company standards and other requirements, while maintaining a digital library.
- Collaborate with team members to complete listing forms accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records of documents and date entry activities.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
