**WEEKEND OPS SHIFT: Select one of the following 4x10 shifts**:

- ** 10a-7p ET Friday - Monday**:

- ** 10a-7p ET Thursday - Sunday**:

- ** 10a-7p ET Saturday - Tuesday**

**Position Location**

Canada (Remote)

**Salary Range**

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $74,000 CAD per year commensurate with geographic remote work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

**What We're Looking For**
- Higher education and/or supplemental industry training:

- Computer Science or Engineering
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in several of the following areas:

- Cloud IaaS providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) AWS Preferred
- Cloud monitoring tools and visualization systems such as Data Dog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sumo Logic, Splunk.
- System administration of Windows and/or Linux
- Administration or use of Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS container orchestration.
- SQL Administration, including Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

**What You will Do and Be Responsible For**
- Monitor and support hosted infrastructure.
- Participate in 24-hour system monitoring and alarm remediation, including after-hours rotation.
- Document and analyze alarms, identify points of failure, and see through to resolution any failures working with or escalating to the appropriate team member or department if needed.
- Participate in customer lifecycle utilizing existing change management procedures.
- Interface daily with internal and external support groups
