You must be based in the Greater Montreal area.
**This position is hybrid. You will be required to do training onsite at the office for 1 month. Once training is complete you move to a hybrid model, only required once a week to come to the office.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer service calls and communicate with customers about their accounts
- Negotiate terms and methods of payment by using critical thinking skills and asking probing questions to overcome objections
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and policies
- Provide assistance to consumers with appropriate payment solutions in a pleasant and professional manner
- Ensure goals/targets are met
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Bilingual (French & English) mandatory
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organization, efficiency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the use of banking database systems is an asset
- At least 1year call centre experience is an asset

- MON-FRI: 8:00AM-8:00PM
- SAT: 8:00AM-5PM
