SUMMARY

The Verification Quality Specialist will drive accuracy and data integrity through regular Verification Quality reviews.

**If within a commutable distance to one of our offices, this role would offer a hybrid schedule after training (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home).**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform Verification Quality reviews for all Verification Reviewers
- Managing the Verification Quality Support Teams Channel
- Handling Rebuttals
- Knowledge Article Updates
- Work on ad hoc projects/initiatives as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- 2+ years in document processing is preffered
- 1+ years in Avetta's Call Center is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce and/or TalkDesk is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
