As a Outside Sales Manager of Titan Building Services you’ll meet with prospective customers on-site and help them solve their challenges with services and products you’re proud to deliver. This salary plus extensive commission based position is a unique opportunity to be part a growing and successful team.

The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for their team. This would include identifying potential clients, creating proposals, and negotiating deals with these clients on behalf of the company.

**Outside Sales Manager Job Duties**
- Building relationships with current clients and identifying new clients who could benefit from the company’s products or services.
- Developing and implementing plans to increase sales.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals in terms of growth and profitability.
- Evaluating performance of sales staff and providing feedback for improvement where necessary
- Maintaining awareness of competitor activity in the market and adapting strategies accordingly
- Negotiating pricing and terms with potential clients, including contracts
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints or addressing issues that arise and find solutions that satisfy customers and help your team meet sales goals.

**Job Requirements**
- At least five years of sales experience.in Outside sales managers
- Experience in a managerial role
- Will receive on-the-job training to learn about the company’s products and services.
- Willingness to learn and gain an understanding of the products and services our company offers.
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Need to be able to negotiate and close deals.
