Join Our Team as a Sorter
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM
- Wage: $19.50/HR
- Location: Napanee, ON What You'll Do:

- Inspect & Sort: Be the frontline guardian against contamination by carefully inspecting and removing unwanted materials from designated sorting areas.
- Efficient Sorting: Use your keen eye to inspect materials and efficiently sort items into designated categories, helping contribute to a cleaner and greener environment.
- Versatility: Adapt to various work environments, whether working on a line or in a free-range garbage sorting station.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to strict health and safety procedures, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Team Player: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while supporting your team in achieving excellence.
- Physical Agility: Engage in tasks involving reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending to ensure tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. What You'll Bring: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Ability to work in a recyclable garbage-filled environment, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Physical capability to lift between 20 - 60 lbs and stand for extended periods. - Punctuality and an excellent attendance record.
- CSA-approved safety shoes. Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Physical agility is essential.
- Previous experience in the waste industry is preferred. - Prior sorting experience with materials such as metal, cardboard, plastic, and trash is an asset.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
