**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The primary focus of this position is to supervise and lead a team of traveling welders as they travel to various branch locations to help weld, repair and prepare units for rent.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of welders travelling to various branch locations
- Organize the team traveling logistics, to include (but not limited to):

- Team travel (air, hotel, car, etc)
- Setting up branch prep work
- Identifying units to repair
- Establish location for units to be repaired
- All pre-work paperwork is completed
- All needed parts and supplies are available on-site
- Shipment of all required tools and toolboxes
- Works with field leadership to establish unit repair goals for each visit
- Visit branches prior to deploying team
- Recruit, hire and train welders
- Perform follow-up on all work performed to ensure standards are being met
- Prepare and adhere to departmental budget
- Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

**Equipment Used and Responsibility**:

- Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
- MS Office Suite
- Welder and Forklift, if needed

**Supervisory Responsibility**:

- Yes

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- 3 years of supervisory, required
- Welding experience preferred
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA and state specific safety regulations
- Communicate clearly: verbal and written
- Valid Driver’s License
- Overnight travel up to 50%
