We are an _Essential_ Precast Manufacturing Company _365 day work environment_

**Responsibilities**:
Include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Riggers are expected to tie down loads, rigging lifts, signaling crane movements
- Overhead crane experience is a must
- Safe storage and stockpiling of concrete panels as well as other materials
- Loading precast concrete panels onto trailers for safe transportation to sites
- Majority of work is outdoors both in winter and summer
- Available to work overtime and occasional Saturday
- Ensure that all job site safety procedures are followed
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

**Job Requirements**
- Hard working, punctual and the ability to work on a team
- Capable of lifting 50+ Lbs, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work in outdoor settings and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must Have 5 years of experience with OH Crane
- Must Have 5 years’ experience with Swamping
- Must Have experience lifting loading items more than 10,000 lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
