We are a Beverage Manufacturer located in Toronto looking for Data Production Clerk.
You will work with a team of professionals from Planning, Production, and QA team. You will coordinate both internal and external resources to complete tasks. This is a great opporunity for a recent university graduate who is ready to learn and grow within the company but willing to get the job done in our fast pace environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**.

Verify all documentation as prescribed e.g., Production, Quality Checks, Master Cleaning, Downtime Tracking, Coding, Work Orders, Pre-Op checks, Packaging Summary Sheet, etc.

Enter all completed production documentation into the database daily

Ensure all production orders are properly completed

Communicate and ensure discrepancies are resolved

Work with Quality Assurance and Production department to complete task

Calculate and entry OEE results into a report daily and communicate results to team

Prepare OEE reports weekly and communicate results to team

Generate work order for production as per schedule

Train new temporary employees on SOP and provide computer testing

Review temporary employees time sheets daily and correct any discrepancies

Prepare temporary employees times sheets for payroll submittance

**Skills and Qualifications**.

University graduate in business,economics or engineering degree

Exceptional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of Excel is a must

Fast learner and can meet deadlines

Team player and can work independently

in office position - this position can not be completed remotely

Position hours 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $47,000.00 per year
