- Pick orders and ship them accurately and on time
- Receive shipments and put away stock in the warehouse
- Maintenance of the warehouse and showroom including housekeeping and inventory management
- Customer service: serve customers in person and on the phone, process orders at POS, collaborate with and support the sales team
- Other duties as prescribed by branch manager

**Key Skills and Abilities**
- Customer service oriented
- Product knowledge and the ability/will to learn quickly
- Computer literate
- ACCURACY and ATTENTION TO DETAIL are a must
- Very organized and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Numeracy and ability to work with numbers and FRACTIONS
- **Ability to lift 50 pounds** repeatedly throughout the day

This is a multi-faceted position requiring an adaptable person with hustle and a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Work is split 50/50 between warehouse and showroom/order desk. There can be opportunities for advancement for the right person.
