Oversees and directs branch operations in the Surrey location:

- Parts, Service, Human Resources departments.
- Hands-On support in Parts when needed.
- Safety & Compliance.
- Facilities & Asset management.
- Manufacturer, Vendor/Association and Customer Relations.
- Support Sales department and work with the Avenue team (Abbotsford).

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Working with the department managers, is jointly responsible for supporting internal operations and cost control (Expenses and Budgets), analytics for aftermarket purposes (Parts and Service). Additional involvement will include supporting management of assets and personnel such as vehicles, facilities, safety, WIP, parts inventories, tooling, recruiting, training, Financial P&L and Key Performance Indicator targets.

- Turns/Aging/Surplus/Margin
- Other duties as required.

**Branch Interface**
- Support growth and cost saving initiatives and drive efficiency
- Communicate and support Company goals working with staff, employee relations, quality standards.
- Budgetary Compliance - capital purchases, justifications, labor review, G&A, audit proper fiscal restraint regarding expenses and revenue
- Audit proper use and accountability for internal cost lines such as Goodwill, Lost Time/Overtime, freight recovery, R&M accounts etc.
- Manage warranty with corporate manager along with OEM/Suppliers and maintain relationship.
- Efficiency and financial health of Parts and Service departments with support of sales & corporate.
- Help support, develop, and promote Parts and Service marketing programs.
- Marketing support team-Customer sales analysis, brand awareness, revenue growth support
- Responsibility for managing customer support at a corporate level within the branch.
- Help team ensure that DLE meets manufacturers product support standards, implementing change, cost/benefit analysis to exceed minimums.
- Manage manufacturer parts and service relationships.
- Inventory/Assets-New/Used/Aging audit (Parts)
- Enforce and support compliance with company standards for HR, policies, and safety.
- Work with Sales Manager and corporate on cost management related to inspections, check-ins and machine trade or rental processes.
- Customer satisfaction initiatives-CRM surveys, reporting, targeting with region management.
- Support corporate vision and mission.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in the related field, or an appropriate combination of education and practical experience.
- 3 years of direct work experience in a senior management capacity or proven acumen.
- 5 years of minimum working experience in sales and/or marketing required.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills.
- Excellent management writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Able to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
- Confident with decision making and providing direction.
- Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and expenses.

**Work Conditions**
- Working both indoors and outdoors, and hours of work may vary as needed.
- Travel may be required between the local branch locations and is expected for customer visits.
- Attend and conduct meetings, training, and other events.
- Flexible schedule as needed to meet the demands of our customers.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
