As a Customer Service Technician at Ouellet-Electric Heating, you will be using your talents in an environment where customer service is a primary focus, high-quality service results from great team work, and every day comes with fresh challenges. You will be based at our office in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and forward them as needed
- Enter orders
- Answer requests for information and basic questions about our products
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Work with sales staff and all other company departments
- Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives

**Profile**:

- Diploma in administration, secretarial duties, human sciences, or related field
- Relevant experience an asset
- Good communication skills, spoken and written, and ability to work in a team
- Ability to demonstrate courtesy, meticulousness, organization and priority management
