**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Trades, Office Administration, Human Services, and/or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and related work experience may be considered
- Minimum two years of practical work experience in liaison, Indigenous student supports, and customer service
- Demonstrated understanding of placement requirements for students from the carpentry sector and trades agencies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License

**DUTIES**:

- Responsible for all aspects of placements for the General Carpenter Pre-Apprenticeship Program for Women
- Organize and coordinate acceptable work placements for students of the program
- Work closely with the Project Lead, students, employers, and staff in all aspects as it pertains to the coordination of work placements and student success
- Liaise and outreach between industry partners, community, and stakeholders to promote the program
- Track and evaluate work placements
- Assist with various matters relating to work placements
