Account Project Manager

JMJ TOP EXPERTS is one of the largest custom stone and solid surface manufacturers and supplier in Western Canada specializes in the fabrication and installation of beautiful Nature stone, Engineered quartz, Tile, and Porcelain products.

Our process is streamlined with fully top-notch automated CNC and Waterjet systems. We have one of the most technologically advanced Italian made systems in the industry.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Assisting clients with material selection, design and purchase
- Selling ideas, policies, services and products to customers
- Continuously follow up on client quotes
- Establishing strong relationships with clients, contractors and builders
- Consistently working towards achieving team sales targets and goals
- Identifying problems and providing possible solutions to your manager
- Ordering and tracking materials for a project from start to finish
- Learning and utilizing our software
- Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
- Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for client
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new market
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
- Develop clients relationships, maintain client's relationships, identify additional business opportunities with current and potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
- Courteous personality is essential and previous customer service experience is an asset
- Kitchen and Bath design, installation or interior design experience is an asset
- Experience with cabinetry and building materials is an asset
- Willingness to continuously update your product knowledge regarding building materials and kitchen design materials and trends
- Results oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Previous customer service and management experience in retail, professional service, or construction environment;
- Experience working with natural stone will be considered a strong asset;
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to easily learn new software;
- Must have excellent professional written and verbal skills;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends;
- A valid driver’s license.

- **Experience**:
- Architectural Design Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (Kitchen and Bath design or Stone countertop, Tile and Cabinet industry experience preferred)
- Stone /Tile /Cabinet manufacturing and installation industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Estimating / Project managing : 5 years(preferred)
*Bonus and commissions available if experienced in Kitchen & Bath Design, Sales or the Stone or Tile or Cabinet industry
