**Knowledge and Skills**
- Knowledge of carpentry and construction works
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings
- Responsible for completing the appropriate tasks given to by on-site lead team
- Maintain regular communication with foreman, site supervisor, site coordinators, project coordinators and project managers
- Strong verbal and communication skills

**Requirements**:

- High School, GED, or equivalent and/or completion of specialized technical and safety courses.
- 1+ years' experience working in residential/commercial construction
- Great attitude and a team player
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Able to complete task(s) in a timely manner unsupervised
- Keen, curious, eager and willing to learn
- Motivation and ability to work under given timelines
