**Who We Are Looking For**:
- **Proven experience**: Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales environment, such as previous experience as a Realtor or in a similar role.
- **Bilingual or multilingual skills**: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus and can enhance client interactions.
- **Strong organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized records.
- **Excellent customer service skills**: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
- **Knowledge of property management**: Understanding of property management practices and industry regulations.
- **Effective negotiation skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desirable outcomes for clients.
**The Role**:
As a Preconstruction Real Estate Sales Specialist at 6ix Living, your role is to specialize in preconstruction sales, new homes, and new condos. You'll leverage our exclusive access to platinum broker deals to nurture warm leads and convert them into firm deals. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the preconstruction investment process, showcasing your expertise in the market, and providing personalized service to meet their unique needs. With a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate objectives.
- Assist clients in buying, selling
- Market properties through various channels
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Provide administrative support throughout the real estate transaction process
- Manage property listings and conduct property showings
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or on the path to obtaining your license
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for preconstruction sales, new homes, and new condos
- Coachable, teachable, and adaptable mindset
- Good computer skills and familiarity with social media
- Ability to nurture warm leads and represent the brand in the community

**Experience**:

Pay: $150,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
