**Position**: Mailroom Clerk
**Location**:Montreal, QC (Downtown)
**Status: Part Time**
**Responsibilities**:
- Sign for, record and direct all incoming Canada Post and courier deliveries
- Deliver, slot, pickup and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
- Process internal and external mass mailings
- Process all outgoing UPS and Purolator courier shipments
- Receive incoming couriers and notify intended recipient(s) as soon as possible
- Maintain postage, courier, and shipping supplies as required
- Maintain accurate records of urgent business mail delivery
- Other duties as required
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Completion of secondary school
- 6 months to 1 year prior experience in customer/office service or mailroom an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (French and English)
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and strong customer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on as required
- Ability to use a computer
- Must be flexible with work location as business needs dictate
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
