We are currently looking for an energetic and dynamic** Customer Service Representative **to join our Customer Facing team. If you know how to be a trusted partner and understand the value of nurturing customer relationships we want to hear from you.

**Position Summary**

In this role, you will be one of the pillars that supports our smooth operation. You’ll manage the sales process for our clients, and work closely with our customers, vendors and sales team taking charge when necessary to address potential problems or issues. This role works with customers to identify their need, process customer orders, and troubleshoot or answer questions throughout the process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a point of contact between vendors and distributors by coordinating projects, releases, drawings etc.
- Request quotes from vendors for order changes, sending quotes to customers for revised POs, processing revised POs
- Order entry, resolve order issues concerning pricing and quantity issues
- Complete customs documentation
- Respond to Customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Track deliveries and cross-border shipments
- Correspond with vendors for changes made to orders and expediting of shipments
- Assist Sales in dealing with post order issues
- Assist Accounting with billing issues
- Breakouts and new order entry
- Other duties as assigned.
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in Customer Service Position in a B2 to B2 environment
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, excel, Outlook, ERP Systems (Oasis)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong “customer first” attitude
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Display initiative in handling problems, be a team player and support changes
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated commitment to results demonstrating high performance, and challenging self to deliver results
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to use an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems.
- Must be able work effectively both as a team member and independently.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and electrical drawings would be a plus.
