We are looking for a Financial Controller with a strong background in Accounting and Reporting who is well versed in cash management and the creation of custom reporting. Equally important for the position is the ability to fully understand our systemic business model and to work in close collaboration with all the members of the management team.
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintaining accurate digital records in line with GAAP.
- Creating and continuously improving procedures and processes.
- Direct small teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting processes.
- Ensure system of internal controls, documentation and reviews are being performed.
- Manage the process and preparation of all accounting and financial reporting.
- Provide detailed financial planning and analysis to enable the leadership team to make informed decisions.
- Oversee the payroll, A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Required skills & qualification**:

- 3-5 years of senior accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years of proven QuickBooks online experience
- CPA or CMA designation, or working toward
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter propensity with the proven ability to lead, take initiative, and work independently.
- This position requires a sound understanding of accounting principles and practices, policies and procedures, applicable legislation, and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of computer software programs, data base, spreadsheet and integrated financial and accounting systems is required.
- Embrace working in a highly digital, paperless environment.
- Excellent time management, confidence to work independently and well-developed problem
- solving skills.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to your team.

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
