**Position Overview**:
The Brand Manager should bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational and project Management skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure that all internal and external communications accurately. Leads and drives client's brand and projects, from strategy through creative development and implementation. A cross-functional role, requiring leadership, execution and collaboration with Creative, Design, Marketing and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, execute and deliver on brand/marketing projects including but not limited to, background research, writing of brand briefs, producing creative assets, development of go-to-market tools and marketing materials - on time and within budget, to meet brand and company goals
- Define and implement marketing strategy, across all sales channels, collaborating local marketing leads, channel leads to support business growth and marketing objectives.
- Partner closely with local channel and marketing leads to ensure alignment of objectives, priorities and deliverables for all brand marketing projects
- Lead development and implementation of GTM process and strategies for Brand campaigns, content and creative projects, in collaboration with cross-functional partners, aligning local priorities, timing and creative integration
- Communicate brand priorities and objectives to local marketing teams and agency partners
- Financial management, forecasting, reporting and analysis of brand marketing projects
- Support the growth and development of the Brand team through the development of project plans and day-to-day leadership
- Proactively contribute creative marketing ideas and analyze trends or the competitive environment to identify opportunities to drive awareness, affinity and reach new relevant audiences
- Analyze research and consumer insights, translate insights into action for all projects

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- University degree in business or marketing-related field
- At least 2 years of Brand Management, Project Management or Marketing experience, preferably with a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry
- Proven record of success in traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Knowledge of brand planning, budgeting, business analysis, advertising, promotions merchandising, research and analysis
- Strong leadership and project management skills; highly organized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and presentations
- Highly collaborative, w/ excellent interpersonal skills at all levels. Ability to build and maintain close working relationships and act as liaison with cross-functional and external stakeholders
- Highly motived self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Typical work activities**:

- Implement and manage projects.
- Define opportunities for client and present to client.
- Contribute to and develop Marketing campaigns. Tasks typically involve:

- meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
- working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
- presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
- working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
- liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
- negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
- presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
- handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
- writing client reports;
- monitoring the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns;
- undertaking administration tasks;
- arranging and attending meetings;
- making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
