The compensation provided to Complex Care Worker reflects the need for increased knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the position.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing respectful and supportive care
- Promoting people’s skills and abilities

- Implementing individualized plans with attainable outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience in providing daily living support within a Person Directed framework to persons with complex needs.
- Additional training and practical experience in assisting the assessment, implementation and evaluation of interventions for persons who have an intellectual disability and are experiencing emotional, behavioral and medical complexities.
- Some post-secondary education related to Human Services. Autism and Behavioral Science educational background is considered an asset.
- Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively with internal and external professionals.
- Able to provide physical (e.g., lifting, transfers) and behavioral support, including crisis response, as required.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Current First Aid, SMG, and computer skills are also essential qualifications.
- Able to work weekends and rotating shifts consisting of days, evenings, and overnights.

**Schedule**: Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Rate of Pay**: $47,736.00 - $52,332.80
