**Responsibilities**:

- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Provide customer service by making sure any concerns raised by customers are addressed immediately.
- Maintain filing system.
- Receive, process, and post credit card, electronic funds transfer, cheque, e-transfer, and hard cash payments.
- Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records.
- Manage accounts receivable aging report by keeping track of every customer especially the ones who are delinquent and those with high value invoices.
- Invoice clients accurately.
- Setting up of new cash and credit accounts.
- Working closely with Sales and Managers to make sure any issues associated with purchases, rentals, and repairs are handled and resolved promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years experience of accounts receivable, billing, and office administration.
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and other financial software especially Xero.
- Knowledge of company products, product pricing, sales policies, and data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both within the company and externally with clients.
- Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload when needed.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills are required to be successful in this role.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
