We are looking for Account Executive focused on our line of Access Control, Nurse Call, PA systems and VMS/CCTV (Security) Camera products in a B2B market.
The Account Executive will be responsible for the identification, calling upon and positioning of offerings with customers in the Retirement communities, Education and commercial / Residential Multiuse buildings, looking to have cutting edge Building Automation Systems. The individual will be required to hunt for business within a structure, participate in sales meetings, develop proposals and quotes, aided by digital social media campaign. Sales representative will carry a quota and be expected to maintain call quotas. In this role you will pursue local/regional solution sales opportunities with mid-large existing/prospective customers. You will build new business opportunities by offering an advanced suite of physical security products with the opportunity to deliver integrated solutions that improve safety, security, productivity & efficiency for our customers. You will work to develop and execute high level strategies to penetrate assigned vertical markets and drive continuous growth through West Sun’s differentiated portfolio of solutions. You will have an opportunity to partner with local branch Account Executives to differentiate your offering with additional integrated voice and data solutions. You will partner with OEMs, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Integrators and Service Providers in concert with local service teams to ensure that sold solutions are delivered and enabled with ongoing support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Account Executive will be responsible for sales efforts including:
- _Identification of customers within the Retirement communities, Education and Commercial / Residential Multiuse buildings._
- _Call upon and present to Dealers within the defined territory._
- _Position Our Solutions to meet customer needs._
- _Maintain an opportunity funnel._
- _Act as a liaison between technical support and the customer._
- _Receive tender documents and submit proposal/quotation effort. Qualifications_
- _Develop ongoing relationships with medium and large accounts within assigned territory, successfully proposing, negotiating, and closing profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new accounts._
- _Meet sales objectives to deliver sustainable growth of video and access control solutions and ongoing service._
- _Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable revenue growth._
- _Collaborate with West Sun branch teams to provide integrated, problem-solving solutions, including Voice, Video, Access Control, Data, and service. This includes delivering detailed statements of work to ensure installations are successfully delivered on time and within budget._
- _Continually develop quality and quantity of opportunities needed to achieve territory goals, providing regular funnel activity/updates_
- _Develop ongoing relationships with medium and large accounts within assigned territory, successfully proposing, negotiating, and closing profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new accounts._
- _Willing to travel 30-40% of the time._
- _Meet sales objectives to deliver sustainable growth of video and access control solutions and ongoing service._
- _Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable revenue growth._
- _Collaborate with West Sun branch teams to provide integrated, problem-solving solutions, including Voice, Video, Access Control, Data, and service. Includes detailed statements of work to ensure installations are delivered on time and budget._
- _Continually develop quality and quantity of opportunities needed to achieve territory goals, providing regular funnel activity/updates._
- _Achieve monthly KPIs including, but not limited to, a pre-determined number of face-to-face customer presentations, quotes, and wins._
- _Represent West Sun’s values and business ethics._
- _Provide face-to-face and virtual product demonstrations to potential end users._
- _Energetic and self-motivated, hunter profile and able to work independently._
- _Proven ability to contact and grow relationships with customers._
- _Strong ability to organize and prioritize sales opportunities._
- _Strong communication and presentation skills._
