**The Role**:
Our Retail team is looking for a part-time Back of House Coordinator at our CF Carrefour Laval location. Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. You will have the exciting opportunity to not only improve your operations skills, but also expand your knowledge and stock experience in the retail industry. As a Back of House Coordinator, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports Team.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Support Front of House associates in pulling in-store customer requests.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom and ensure accurate labelling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
- Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
- Managing end-to-end daily e-commerce sales which consists of processing, picking, packing and shipping orders direct to customer.
- Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal sales.
- Daily use of our inventory system.

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:

- 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required.
- Experience with Shopify platform beneficial.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
- Proactive and organized.

**Le rôle**:
Notre équipe de ventes est à la recherche d'un coordinateur d'arrière-boutique à temps plein pour notre magasin des CF Carrefour Laval. Venez vous joindre à l'équipe de JD Sports Canada qui grandit et se développe rapidement. Vous aurez l'occasion de développer non seulement vos compétences opérationnelles, mais aussi vos connaissances et votre expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail. En tant que coordonnateur ou coordonnatrice de l'arrière-boutique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le succès de l'équipe de JD Sports.
**Principales tâches/responsabilités**:

- Soutenir les associés en contact avec les clients en répondant aux demandes des consommateurs en boutique.
- Diriger les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt et assurer un étiquetage précis, un placement logique, un rangement soigné et une propreté irréprochable.
- Contribuer à la rentabilité de l'opération de vente au détail en recevant, manipulant et gérant avec précision l'inventaire de la marchandise de manière opportune et organisée.
- Gérer de A à Z les ventes quotidiennes du e-commerce qui consistent à traiter, préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes directement au client.
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec le service client et les boutiques via les canaux Slack et les courriels.
- Diminuer les pertes en magasin en recherchant les écarts d'inventaire et en résolvant les problèmes pour assurer des ventes optimales.
