**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- Resolve technical issues reported by end-users and ensure resolution is met within established SLA’s.
- Understanding of networking. (IP address schemes, subnets, DNS, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues (VLANS, loopbacks, spanning tree, etc).
- Diagnose hardware issues on desktops, laptops, monitors, cell phones, printers, and other computer accessories.
- Understanding of ticketing system to keep track of time and service completed.
- Exceptional customer service skills, attitude, and professionalism.
- Provide advanced remote support to clients with varying understanding of IT.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of VoIP, how it works and how to set up/manage VoIP servers, appliances, and endpoints.
- Understanding of firewalls.
- Understanding of SQL databases, and creating ODBC connections.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS in a Windows Server environment.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Logical troubleshooting methods to resolve networking and computer issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of administering Exchange and, Linux servers.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call schedule.

**DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?**
- You need to have 2+ years of experience in IT.
- You need to be a logical thinker.
- You need to be able to pay attention to details.
- You must have exceptional organizational skills.
- You must be able to work in a face-paced and highly demanding environment.
- You need to be a “people person” with advanced social skills.
- You need to be passionate and very interested in IT/technology.
- You need to be a good person with strong ethics.
- You need to have a strong technical background, preferably with post-secondary education in information technology.
- Available to work full-time and occasionally on evenings and weekends.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License (G2 or greater).
- Safe Driving record with no suspensions of any kind on your driving abstract.
- Have your own (reliable) vehicle that is safe for travel all year round (including winter).
- English as a 1st (native) language is required, French is not required but is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
