**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation and scheduling.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Handle logistics, registrations, and communication with participants and vendors.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with working hours varying.
- Occasional travel may be required for events and meetings.
