Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, with direction from the local Human Resources Team Lead, you will:

- Focus hiring of DDMI’s Participation Agreement members and Northern residents
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing skills, talent acquisition process, and retention.
- Partner with People community to harmonize the hiring process
- Work in a collaborative community within the Talent Acquisition team
- Prepare reports as per business requirements
