Golf Course Equipment Technician

Responsibilities:

- Safe operation of all equipment related to golf course maintenance
- Assist in completing various cultural practices throughout the season
- Assisting in the completion of various projects
- Daily set-up of all reeled mowers, including H.O.C. & monitoring quality of cut
- Reel & rotary blade grinding
- Spot checks equipment for performance on the golf course and makes emergency repairs to equipment on course
- Inspects, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects/ failures in various golf course maintenance equipment including diesel, & gasoline powered trucks, trenchers, rollers, top dressers, mowers and other mechanical equipment used in utility work
- Keeps a complete detailed record of all maintenance to equipment specific to machine or unit number
- On course operation of mowers when called upon
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work early mornings and weekends
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt on the fly
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit (lifting 50 plus pounds)
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Have your own tools
- Drivers license

**Benefits**:
