**OPERATIONS MANAGER**
We are currently seeking an experienced and successful Operations Manager within the transportation industry.
The operations manager is responsible to manage all transportation activities while overseeing dispatch team, drivers and working very closely with our customers.
As well as driver recruiting and onboarding, overseeing operational issues with a fleet of tractors and various types of trailers ranging from feed trailers, flat decks, tankers and others.
Responsible for working closely with and communicating with senior management on performance, driver and fleet requirements, KPI’s, and financial performance of asset.
Must have a complete understanding of government regulations such as weight and size restrictions, reporting requirements such as e-logs and more.
Most importantly a “the highest level” of focus on the safety and well-being of our drivers, customers and the general public while ensuring all labour standards are in compliance at all times.
Routinely expected to participate in managing employee issues involving job duties, scheduling and discipline.
A strong working knowledge of computers and transportation software are a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
