**Requirements, skills, and abilities**:

- **2-3 years experience required **in a bakery setting (Restaurant/Food Prep experience is also welcomed
- Commitment to producing exceptional products and dedication to high standards in food
- Strong teamwork personality with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication, Organization, and Efficiency are skills _needed_ to excel in this role.
- Customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- preparing the morning bake for the counter at Goodman's (early start required)
- producing a variety of baked goods from scratch for both Goodman's and our partner business
- creating new product ideas with an understanding of current food and baking trends

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
