Read on- What you'll do:- The core function of this role is to lead a team of accident benefits claim adjusters.
- This position works closely with other FLM’s to establish and implement AB claim strategies that will mitigate risk, rehabilitate claimants, and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Responsible for the technical, performance and professional development of their team.
- Provides input on technical training content / programs.
- Build, plan, and implement claims management processes that support appropriate claim resolution.
- Responsible for addressing customer services inquiries from brokers, insureds, vendors, and/or legal representatives.
- Working with other departments on special initiatives and projects, provide input on project committee and steering committees, as required.- What you'll bring:- Accident Benefits experience preferred
- Validated Leadership skills in mentor/development of peers.
- Strong data analytical skills, to enable effective decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, showing leadership but also vulnerability.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills (experience with data analysis an asset).

- Desire to continually develop self and others- What you’ll get:- The salary band for this position ranges from $79,500.00 to $147,700.00. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
