**Position Overview**:

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Be the First Point of Contact**: Engage with our established customer base, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- **Guide & Support**: Help customers choose the right products, understand technical specifications, and navigate order processes.
- **Resolve with Care**: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled seamlessly.
- **Keep Things Organized**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Innovate**: Identify opportunities to improve our processes and contribute to developing our customer care policies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Savvy**: Experience in a customer service or care role is desirable.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can actively listen and empathize with customers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.
- **Problem-Solver**: You’re quick on your feet with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: A commitment to providing high-quality service.
