Fondation Jeunesses Musicales Canada
La Fondation Jeunesses Musicales Canada a pour mission de soutenir les activités des Jeunesses Musicales Canada (JMC) en organisant des campagnes de financement, des événements-bénéfices et diverses initiatives philanthropiques. Ces actions visent à promouvoir la découverte et la diffusion des musiques classiques, notamment auprès des jeunes publics, tout en accompagnant les jeunes musiciens et compositeurs professionnels dans le développement de leur carrière, tant à l’échelle nationale qu’internationale.

- Administration et gestion:
- Gérer l’agenda de la Directrice Générale, planifier et organiser les réunions et événements.
- Assurer la gestion des documents administratifs : archivage, création et suivi des ordres du jour, prise de notes et rédaction de procès-verbaux.
- Soutenir la gestion des factures et paiements en collaboration avec le service comptable.
- Soutien philanthropique:
- Participer à la gestion et à la mise à jour de la base de données des donateurs : nettoyage, optimisation et création de listes ciblées.
- Assurer la préparation et l’envoi des reçus fiscaux et des lettres de remerciement.
- Faire des suivis réguliers avec les donateurs et coordonner les communications personnalisées.
- Événementiel:
- Assister à la planification et la gestion des événements-bénéfices de la Fondation.
- Participer à la sollicitation, la mise en place et la gestion des encans.
- Gérer les inscriptions et les plateformes de dons en ligne pour les événements.
- Relation avec les boursiers:
- Projets spéciaux:
- Collaborer sur des initiatives stratégiques de la Fondation.
- Travailler en lien avec les comités et le Conseil d’administration pour organiser les rencontres (logistique, convocations, documentation).
- Autres tâches:
- Toute autre tâche connexe demandée par la direction.
**Qualifications**:
- Requises
- Excellentes compétences en français et bonnes compétences en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Diplôme ou expérience pertinente en administration, gestion d’événements, philanthropie ou domaine connexe.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office et capacité démontrée à apprendre rapidement et à s’adapter à de nouvelles plateformes numériques, outils de gestion de données ou CRM.
- Intérêt marqué pour la philanthropie, la musique classique et les arts de la scène.
- Recherchées
- Intérêt et facilité à travailler en équipe et à établir des liens avec différents intervenants.
- Facilité à communiquer, présentation de qualité.
- Autonomie, proactivité, initiative.
- Créativité, dynamisme.

About the Foundation
The Foundation Jeunesses Musicales Canada supports the activities of Jeunesses Musicales Canada (JMC) by organizing fundraising campaigns, benefit events, and various philanthropic initiatives. **Responsibilities**:
Administration and Management:
- Manage the Executive Director’s schedule, plan, and organize meetings and events.
- Coordinate all administrative documents: archiving, creating and following up on agendas, taking minutes, and drafting reports.
- Support invoice and payment management in collaboration with the accounting department.
Philanthropic Support:
- Manage and update the donor database: cleaning, optimizing, and creating targeted lists.
