- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- Solve day-to-day driver's concerns on the road and communicate effectively with management
- Scheduling, dispatching and managing the home delivery drivers at our Wayfair warehouse location
- Maintain a LPDS Scores of 4.85 and above
- Ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of all items
- Yard moving of trucks
- Other duties as assigned
- Shift: Sunday - Thursday 5am-3pm (with rotational Fridays)
- **Qualifications**_
- Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time
- Dedicated and highly self-motivated with initiative and a 100% positive attitude at all times
- Possesses integrity, exceptional teamwork skills and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
