Truck Driver

We operate out of Wembley AB and cover northern Alberta/BC down to Edmonton and Calgary area.

We currently have a position available for Class 1 drivers out of our Grande Prairie yard.

Position Summary:
Operate/Drive tractor trailer
Load and deliver freight effectively and efficiently.
Handle all shipments efficiently and effectively.
Verify manifests and report any errors.
Drive in professional manner, following the rules and regulations.
Interact with customer's in professional manner.
Have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and be able to deliver outstanding customer service.
Have excellent time management and organization skills.
Be able to work independently and take direction as needed.

Qualifications:
Must have full class 1 driver license
Advanced knowledge of the city, logging and oilfield road ways is an asset
Great customer service to customers.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Be able to speak, read and write clearly in English.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Must have the following tickets:

- H2S
- First Aid
- CSO
- Please note that there will be in house courses to do when orientating.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.69-$41.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
