**Intramodal Inc** **is looking for a dynamic individual to join the organization. Located in Pointe-Claire, the **Payroll Administrator** will be responsible for the assisting the Controller with payroll, billing and accounts receivable. The shift is scheduled for Monday to Friday.

**Main Responsibilities**

As a Payroll Administrator you will be required to work with several departments. Your job involves various tasks at the data entry level, they include:

- Track and record Employee attendance, hours, vacation, sick days, and other leave of absences.
- Resolve pay related inquiries, discrepancies and employee complaints.
- Handling payroll processing, using ADP platform.
- Compiling and reviewing Payroll statements
- Assisting and reconciling payroll Statements
- Prepare and issue annual tax forms, and processing year end statements.
- Enter current transactions in different software.
- Billing, accounts receivable management and enter customer payments
- Perform client follow-ups for the recovery of overdue accounts
- Registration and payment of accounts payable
- Update of the different lists and make them available to the teams concerned
- Actively participate in the end of month and year process
- Any other tasks or related projects

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma, preferable related to accounting, administration or supply chain management.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ADP knowledge an asset
- Knowledge of dispatch software.
- Customer Service oriented and personable
- Organized
- Professional attitude with exceptional time management skills

**Intramodal Inc** recherche une personne dynamique pour se joindre à l'organisation. Situé à Pointe-Claire, l’**Administrateur de la Paie** sera responsable d’aider le Contrôleur en ce qui concerne la paie, la facturation et les comptes clients. Le quart est prévu du lundi au vendredi.

**Principales Responsabilités**

À titre d’Administrateur de la Paie, vous serez appelé à travailler en collaboration avec plusieurs départements. Votre travail implique des tâches variées au niveau de l’entrée de données.
- Suivre et enregistrer la présence des employés, les heures, les vacances, les jours de maladie et autres congés.
- Résoudre les demandes de renseignements, les écarts et les plaintes des employés liés à la paie.
- Gérer le traitement de la paie, à l'aide de la plateforme ADP.
- Compilation et révision des relevés de paie
- Assistance et rapprochement des relevés de paie
- Préparer et émettre les formulaires fiscaux annuels et traiter les déclarations de fin d'année.
- Effectuer la saisie des transactions courantes dans les différents logiciels
- Facturation, gestion des comptes à recevoir et entrer les paiements des clients
- Effectuer les suivis clients pour le recouvrement des comptes en souffrances
- Enregistrement et paiement des comptes payables
- Répondre aux courriels et aux appels des clients et des fournisseurs
- Mise à jour des différentes listes et en faire la diffusion aux équipes concernées
- Participe activement au processus de fin de mois et d’année
- Tout autres tâches ou projets connexes

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales, de préférence lié à la comptabilité, à l'administration ou à la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Bilingue en anglais et en français
- Expérience de travail mínimale d'un an dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Excel, Word et Outlook
- Connaissance ADP un atout
- Connaissance du logiciel de répartition, un atout
- Orienté service à la clientèle et agréable
- Organisé
- Attitude professionnelle et compétences exceptionnelles en gestion du temps
