We are seeking a motivated Customer service and sales assistant to join our team. As Customer Service assistant, interacting with clients and educating them on our services. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, our managers and contributing to the overall success of our organization. If you are a proactive individual with strong communication skills, administration support knowledge and a passion for sales and customer service this sounds like the _**perfect job**_ for you
- **Responsibilities **_
- Assist Office Manager with administration work like (Jobber software, QuickBooks and data entries with Microsoft office)
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings or jobs or customer interactions)
**Assist the Owner with Sales tasks**:
- Taking and scheduling client inquires
- Social media / picture taking and creating posts.
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
**Skills**:
- Familiar with our outdoor products and work.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be organized, reliable and eager to learn.
- Familiar with Jobber or other CRM systems is a plus (mentioned above)
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Easy to adapt to situations
- Professional customer service
