**As a QA Manager, Nuclear** **you will**:

- Implement our Quality Assurance Program on project sites in the energy sector including Nuclear construction and maintenance projects.
- Perform inspections and test control of field activities as specified in the comprehensive work package, work plan, inspection & test plan and the implementing documents. Preparing inspection report as required.
- Coordinate field inspections by the Authorized (Nuclear) Inspector and the Customer aligned with the Inspection & Test Plans.
- Ensure the field condition and the quality documentation is aligned, current, complete and accurate.
- Verify quality-related qualification of personnel and subcontractors.
- Oversee internal and subcontractor field activities affecting quality for the project life-cycle (planning through completion assurance, commissioning and turnover).
- Verify materials control in the field, performing receiving inspections as required.
- Process SCRs related to quality.
- Maintain non-conformance control at field sites.
- Maintain calibration and control of measuring and test equipment at field sites;
- Interface with Project Management, Construction, Customer, Regulator, and Leadership in the field on quality matters.
- Provide support to the Corrective Action, Human Performance Program and the Safety Culture Programs (such as statistics on key performance indicators, causal evaluation, and trends);
- Minimum 5 year’s management experience with a minimum of 2 years of field experience related to inspection and test control of quality field activities;
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Nuclear industry interfacing with the nuclear facility Customer, Quality Assurance Leadership, Regulator and AIA on quality matters;
- Applied knowledge of Nuclear Codes and Standards including CSA N299, CSA N285.0, ISO 9001, ASME BPVC, ASME NCA, NDE, CGSB welding;
- Post-secondary school education in welding technology, QA/QC or a related discipline
- Certification(s) in Quality Technology or Quality Engineer (CQE), Nuclear Lead Auditor
- Ability to travel within Canada as required
